Half Moon in Irvington, NY is a Hudson Riverfront neighborhood consisting of two garden apartment co-op communities.(Half Moon North & Half Moon South)

Half Moon North has 120 apartments.
Half Moon South has 94 apartments.

Both Half Moon Cooperatives (circa 1953) are situated along the Hudson River in the heart of the Village of Irvington, NY. The Metro North train station is within walking distance and it is approximately 40 minutes to NYC by train or car.

The Half Moon Co-Ops are well-maintained classic brick garden apartment communities with neatly manicured grounds, open green spaces & park benches overlooking the Hudson River.

The architecture and floor plans are the same for both North & South. There are 1, 2 & 3 bedroom units ranging from 700 to 1000 square feet with many units having impressive views of the Hudson River. The entry to each apartment is via a private entrance from outside into the home.

The monthly maintenance for both of the Half Moon Co-ops is a “one size fits all” fee which covers ALL homeowner related expenses (taxes, heat, gas, electricity, water & building-landscaping maintenance).

Half Moon amenities include numerous laundry rooms, bicycle/stroller storage rooms, a storage area for each apartment, and playground equipment. Garages are wait-listed & would be available for a separate monthly fee.

Half Moon South is a pet-free complex.

Half Moon North allows pets (with weight/size restrictions).
Half Moon North also permits laundry appliances to be installed in the apartments.
