Maintained by the Town of Greenburgh, the 44.7-acre site serves as nature preserve and a place for easily accessible passive outdoor recreation (just off Route 119 in Tarrytown, NY).
Within the park, there are three clearly blazed trails (Blue, Yellow & Red trails), a pond & a playground.

The preserve is an ideal site for hiking, nature study, bird-watching or just sitting on one of the stone walls enjoying the scenery.
Besides the recreational opportunities within the park, the park happens to be part of a 580-acre strip of contiguous woodlands in central Westchester and it serves as a valuable connection to a variety of additional off road trails.
